A results-driven professional with a proven track record of streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing realistic solutions. Broad background in business development, finance, engineering, and Oil and Gas.
Prior to FairShores Capital, Henry Co-founded Evolution Guidance Systems in 2012, Integrity Health Group in 2013, Delta Oil Field Technology in 2015 and Definitive Directional in 2017.
As CEO and Board Chairman of Integrity Health Group Inc (IHGroup), a Houston-based corporation, he leads an organization that capitalizes on the significant investment opportunities arising within the health care industry. Driven by a clearly defined vision and investment strategy, IHGroup’s success is based on the depth, breadth, and experience of it’s investment team who come from a variety of backgrounds, ranging from oil and gas, human capacity development, strategy consultants, and health care.
He founded FairShores Capital, a privately held investment company with afocus on acquiring and managing opportunistic and value-add multi-family properties and commercial assets in emerging markets nationwide. The company specializes in repositioning well-located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.
He has spent over a decade working in business development, entrepreneurship, and startups.
Esther Iwunze
Managing Partner
Seasoned serial entrepreneur and successful health care investor with a focus on the senior care industry. Founder of Project Clothe A Child, a 501c(3) non-profit organization that makes a difference in the lives of orphan children, youths and others from low income families by providing humanitarian assistance.
Prior to FairShores Capital, Esther Co-founded Integrity Health Group. She has a deep devotion to the work she does and continues to come up with fresh ideas and ways to help seniors and people with special needs in her community. Her work brings local resources together to help seniors and their families find help to address their long-term healthcare issues.
One of Esther’s favorite sayings is a quote by Helen Keller, which says “alone we can do so little, together we can do much.” She is living up to these words as the visionary behind Women Unite for A Cause, a community birthed because of her heart for women, and her belief that incredible things happen when women support each other. As Managing Partner at FairShores Capital, she brings with her a wealth of senior-level management experience.
